14. If the Seller stops working to include the expense of special packaging in the Purchase Rate the Purchaser need to pay to the Seller such costs as needed.

If payment is not made on the due date, the Seller might charge interest on the quantity payable at the rate of 5% over the 90 day bank bill rate appropriate on the day the payment is due. 23. The Purchase Rate is not inclusive of products and services tax, unless otherwise specified in writing.
