14. If the Buyer needs unique packing in relation to the Goods it need to be accepted in writing in between the Buyer and the Seller, and the cost of the same is to the Purchaser's account and accordingly will be consisted of in the Purchase Price. If the Seller stops working to consist of the expense of special packing in the Purchase Price the Buyer should pay to the Seller such expenses as needed.

Unless mentioned in writing our quotation presumes a reasonable condition of flatness of floor. Flatness tolerances must be within + 3 mm inside a 3 metre radius. Additional expenses incurred in compensating for a faulty or uneven flooring will be to the buyer's account. 19. We schedule the right to designate or subcontract out the entire or any part of this agreement at our discretion.
Whenevers estimated for our completion or delivery work from the date of receipt by us of a written order to proceed, together with all details and details we need to continue with the manufacture without disturbance or delay. All such times are to be dealt with as quotes just and we will not be liable for failure to dispatch, set up, or otherwise perform within such times unless otherwise concurred in composing.
21. The Buyer shall pay the Seller right away. If the Buyer fails to make a payment by the due date, the Seller may, without notification, keep delivery of any more Product to the Buyer and might end, without liability to the Purchaser, any or all subsisting agreements between the Seller and the Purchaser.
If payment is not made on the due date, the Seller may charge interest on the amount payable at the rate of 5% over the 90 day bank costs rate suitable on the day the payment is due. 23. The Purchase Cost is not inclusive of products and services tax, unless otherwise defined in composing.
